The Master of Business Administration at The University of Findlay is designed to equip students with skills that can be directly applied in the workplace. The integrative nature of the curriculum seeks to link theory with practice, as well as address current and emerging issues such as quality management and global competitiveness.

The MBA Program is focused on helping our students to master four competency areas:

  • business knowledge
  • analytical skills
  • managerial skills
  • integrative skills

The MBA Curriculum has been designed in consultation with senior business professionals to help ensure that it effectively addresses the challenges of today's hypercompetitive business environment.  To demonstrate competence, each student is required to complete a minimum of 10 courses (totaling 33 semester hours) to meet graduation requirements. Concentrations within the MBA Program include

  • organizational leadership
  • health care management
  • hospitality management
  • public administration

In addition, students may tailor their academic program to best suit their career objectives by electing to take an additional three courses to achieve a second, optional concentration in the following areas:

  • marketing
  • human resource management
  • accounting
  • finance
  • international business
