Resume referrals to employers are processed through the http://www.collegecentral.com/findlay/ website. If you are a current UF student or an alum, please go to http://www.collegecentral.com/findlay/ to register for your free account. You will be able to search all of the current internship and full-time employment listings posted through Career Services. College Central allows you to load your resume and other job search documents onto the system. Candidates are able to forward their resumes to employers with the touch of a few computer keys when they see openings for which they would like to apply.

Occasionally employers request that Career Services identify resumes from eligible candidates for them rather than posting those opportunities on College Central.  Resumes will be pulled from the College Central candidate base to fill those requests. Job seekers should be sure to upload their resumes and update them  regularly so their resumes are current. Resumes will only be pulled for candidates who have indicated on the College Central system that their resumes are open to employer review. If your resume is referred to an employer in this way, you will be notified.

If you wish for your job search to be confidential, be sure to indicate on College Central that employers do not have access to review your resume. You may also choose to register for the system which will allow you to search current job openings without uploading your resume.
