Simply To Go in Henderson Dining Hall is an on-trend, high quality “Grab-and-Go” restaurant where meal plan customers can exchange a meal package to go for a meal from their meal plan.  It is the end of the brown bag lunch.  It gives the customer flexibility, control, variety and portability. 

Customers can select a meal in three steps: 
            Step 1:  Select any featured ENTRÉE labeled with a “1”
            Step 2: Choose your favorite SIDE labeled with a “2”
            Step 3:  Pick any BEVERAGE labeled with a “3”
            Plus:  Finish off your meal with a COMPLIMENTARY TREAT
                       labeled with a “+” Menu: 

Entrees include a core menu that consists of Sandwiches, Wraps, Subs, Salads and Microwavable Entrees such as Baked Ziti, Chili Stuffed Baked Potato, Broccoli Alfredo and Macaroni & Cheese to name of few.  There will be a variety of trendy limited time entrée offerings as well.

Sides consist of a variety of side salads, chips, and whole fruit. 

Beverages include Coke products, Coffee, Hot Chocolate and Cappuccino. 

Finish off you’re your meal with a treat such as Cookies, Brownies or Rice Krispy Treats.  

This was the first resident dining Simply To Go to open in the nation.  Recipes are still being developed and tested as well as packaging and labels.  The restaurant has been very well received by the meal plan customers, especially those running between classes or going to the farms.
