The University of Findlay - Crime Reporting

Incident reports are generated for all criminal acts, property damage, accidents or other incidents occuring on campus that are reported to the office of safety and security.

Copies of incident reports for specific incidents are available upon request. You may either pick up an incident report at the office, have it mailed, or faxed to the destination of you choice. Report requests may be made in person at the security office or by calling 419-434-4601.

A Silent Victim/Witness Program is available for anonymous crime reporting on this site. The report will be sent with confidentiality to the Office of Safety and Security.
