Annual Student Organizaton Activation Form
The University of Findlay requires all recognized student interest groups, student organizations, honorary societies, social societies and Greek chapters to register as "active" at the beginning of each new academic year.

The president, vice-president or secretary of the above specified groups must
print off the Annual Student Organization Activation Form, complete it and submit it to the Office of Student Activities & Commuter Student Services (Office #5 in the Alumni Memorial Union) by the cut off date specified on the activation form. Failure to submit this form on time will result in the interest group, organization, etc. not qualifying for specific privileges on campus including but not limited to:
  • reserve space on campus for events and meetings
  • request and receive on campus funding
  • advertise/promote on campus
  • host fund raisers on or off campus
  • participate in the student organization fair
  • be recognized on the web as an active interest group/organization
  • have access to a campus organization mailbox
Organizations, societies, Greek chapters and interest groups who do not register as "active" by the cut off date will be recognized as "asleep". Student Government Association, Convocation Committee and other on campus departments who request this information will be notified of the registered "active" and "asleep" organizations, societies, Greek chapters and interest groups on campus.
