To place materials on reserve, you must complete the Faculty Reserve Request Form. If you are placing a personal copy or item on reserve, you must bring it to the Library. Materials owned by Shafer Library will be pulled and placed on reserve for you.

• A separate form must be used for each course
• Up to 10 items can be added to a form
• Items may be reserved for 2 hours, overnight, 3 days, or 1 week
• Allow at least 3 business days for materials to be placed on reserve

Reserve items are searchable by instructor and course in the Library Catalog (OPAL) by clicking on Course Reserves in the upper right hand corner.
