Findlay has been ranked in the Midwest for Veterans by U.S. News and World Report, and has been named to Victory Media's Military Friendly® schools since 2012​.
 

The University of Findlay recognizes and is grateful for the sacrifices that our United States military personnel, and their families, make and have made to maintain our nation's safety and to uphold our constitutional rights. 

We strive to provide financial assistance and services tailored to the needs of our veterans. As part of these efforts, the University of Findlay participates in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Yellow Ribbon Program through which Findlay offers a maximum contribution of $10,500 a per eligible veteran toward the cost of tuition above the national maximum of the Post-9/11 GI Bill® (Chapter 33) Payment Rate designated by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Admission Information

Applying to Findlay is simple and can be done through our online portal. There is no application fee and Findlay accepts students based on a rolling admission process.


Academic Excellence

Findlay's educational offerings are divided into six colleges that include nearly 80 undergraduate programs; 11 master's degrees; and doctorates in pharmacy, education, occupational therapy and physical therapy. Some degree programs can be completed 100% online. All traditional and online courses of study have different acceptance requirements. Once enrolled, undergraduate students must take general education courses along with specific courses for their selected major.

Costs 

Findlay participates in the Chapter 33-Post 9/11 Veterans Education Assistance Act of 2008 and the Yellow Ribbon Program. The following links provide specific information on how military financial assistance can be applied:
