The Master of Business Administration program at The University of Findlay is designed to equip the student with skills that can be directly applied in the workplace. The integrative nature of the curriculum seeks to link theory with practice, as well as address current and emerging issues such as total quality management and global competitiveness. Students must complete a total of 11 courses (33 semester hours) to earn an MBA. No more than one course with a grade of “C+,” “C” or “C-” can be used to meet graduation requirements. A student may choose to complete the standard program of study or one of the listed specialized concentrations to receive an MBA degree.

Specialized Concentrations

Students can choose one of the following specialized concentrations (minimum of 33 semester hours). Students must take all of the courses within the chosen concentration. Courses at the 700-level are to be taken in the student’s last semester.

BUSINESS ANALYTICS CONCENTRATION

The student must complete a total of 13 courses (39 semester hours) to earn an MBA with a Business Analytics Concentration. Students who complete this concentration will also be awarded a certificate in data analytics. No more than one course with a grade of “C+,” “C” or “C-” can be used to meet graduation requirements.
