Enrolled students participate in an innovative educational experience designed to foster learning, service, and leadership. The PA program faculty and I are committed to delivering education of the highest quality in an atmosphere of mutual respect and concern for each other, the community, and society. Our goal is to create a learning environment where you can maximize your academic pursuits, develop lifelong learning skills, mature professionally, and gain competency in health care services provided by entry-level physician assistants.
The Physician Assistant profession offers diverse areas of practice and opportunities both clinically as well as in other areas such as administration, education, research, etc. Our profession has been ranked high (often number one) in several different publications over the last few years. These favorable rankings are typically based on job availability, job satisfaction, income, expected job growth, and other factors.
