Important dates for 2024-25 Graduate Assistantship process:
- December 8, 2023: Application for faculty to request assistantship positions opens for submissions.
- February 9, 2024: Last day for faculty/staff/program to submit a request for a graduate assistantship position.
- March 15, 2024: Approval/denials completed and notifications sent to faculty/staff/programs.
- March 22, 2024: Approved positions begin to be posted for students to apply in Workday.
Student applications will remain open until the position is filled. Applications forwarded to GA/TA/RA supervisors for selection of students through Workday.
Students informed of GA award via official email notice; and will be required to complete final paperwork prior to starting work in the Fall. (on-going throughout the summer if needed)
