It is time to begin looking ahead to the Spring ceremony which is scheduled for Saturday, May 3, 2014 in the Malcolm Athletic Center of the Koehler Fitness and Recreation Complex.
REMEMBER: If you plan to graduate, you must apply to do so through the Office of the Registrar.
Commencement is a formal event for which you must wear a cap and gown. Orders will be taken on Thursday, February 13 at Graduation Countdown which will be held in the lounge of the Alumni Memorial Student Union. After February 13, you can stop into the Bookstore to order your cap and gown. Or visit the bookstore website, https://shop.findlay.edu/
and download the regalia order form. We can not take orders over the phone, as it violates our PCI compliance agreement. You are expected to pay for your cap and gown at the time it is ordered. The charge for the undergraduate regalia will be approximately $48 and $68 (tax included) for the master’s degree apparel, and $121 (tax included) for the doctoral degree apparel. Charges for late orders will be $5, $10 and $20 as the time draws near. For more information, visit the University Bookstore site.
On Tuesday, April 22, you may pick up your pre-ordered caps and gowns at Senior Salute between 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the AMU Multipurpose Room. At that time you will also be able to check the spelling of your name in the program, check on outstanding balances, order invitations, seek career opportunities and eat free pizza!
