Executive Education and Training

The Office of Corporate Engagement connects corporate partners to professional development, executive education and workforce training programs offered by the University of Findlay.

The skills and knowledge base needed in the global workforce is constantly evolving, and the need for life-long education is more important now than ever.

Enrolling executives and employees in continuing education programs allows companies to stay competitive by taking the time and developing the knowledge needed to keep professionals on the forefront of their industries.

University of Findlay offers a number of professional development and executive education opportunities. A few of those options are listed below.


Online Master of Business Administration
Designed to equip students with critical thinking and operations management skills.  The program is offered both 100 percent online or in a traditional classroom setting.  With eight-week classes and a number of focused tracks, the program is designed for working adults.

Online Bachelor's Degree Completion Program
Intended for working adults who have at least 61 transferable semester hours. There are several strands available in the program including business management, health care management, environmental,​​ safety, and​ health and emergency operations. 

Master the art of communication and gain the skills you need to go further in your career through the University of Findlay's Online Master of Arts in Professional Communication Program. Designed for the current professional or a student who recently completed a bachelor's degree, the MAPC is a two-year graduate program that prepares students for advancement in a variety of careers where communication if vital.

All Hazards Training Center
The All Hazards Training Center at the University of Findlay is the industry leader in the development and delivery of customized, corporate-wide safety, health and security training. More than 50 workshops are offered at our hands-on training center located in Findlay, or programs can be customized and brought to your location to fit your specialized needs.

Professional Development for Educators
Workshops, graduate degrees, endorsements, license options and more! Many of our professional development options for educators can be taken conveniently online or over the summer.
