​​​Information Technology Services

​ITS plays a key role in supporting the University of Findlay's effort to establish an environment where the application of technology enhances and improves teaching, learning, research and University operations. To accomplish these broad goals, ITS is organized into six inter-related areas: 

  • Academic Technology Services: Academic Technology Services offers faculty the training and technology resources needed to successfully integrate new technologies into teaching and other academic endeavors. UF staff members will also find a variety of training and resources that are relevant to their work and office responsibilities.
  • Learning Space Technology and Services: Learning Space Technology and Services manages the technology in the general purpose classrooms and conference rooms. 
  • Servers, Storage, Networking, and Telecommunications: Servers, Storage, Networking, and Telecommunications provides wired and wireless Internet access, telephone services, cable TV, UFnet accounts to students, faculty, and staff, as well as all server-based products supported by the University (Canvas, email, calendar and the MyFindlay portal).   
  • Technology Support Services: Technology Support Services is the primary point of contact for ITS services, providing a variety of Help Desk services.
  • University Information Services: University Information Services is responsible for supporting and enhancing the University's Administrative Student Information System and customized applications that support internal operations.
  • Web Services: Web Services supports and enhances the University’s web and mobile presence by creating engaging websites and mobile applications for students, faculty, and staff.
