Findlay's stationery system is one of the most used communication tools by the university. Consistent use by each college, department and office respects its affiliation and alignment with the university.
The business cards, letterhead and envelopes should be uniform in use of color, fonts, layout and paper.
Department Stationery
Department specific letterhead can be ordered through Print Services. Departments can add two lines for the name and up to three lines for contact information.
Letter Templates
A Microsoft Word template has been created to ensure proper letter alignment for printing on university letterhead, as well as, an electronic letterhead template for electronic letter distributions.
