Oiler Pointe is a housing option for returning upper class students.
Oiler Pointe features apartment-style living for students who have achieved a high GPA and who sign a contract to live substance-free for one academic year. The apartments are single- and double-occupancy and have a washer and dryer in each apartment.
A resident assistant (RA) is assigned to oversee Oiler Pointe but does not live there. In addition to RAs, resident directors (RD) oversee all on-campus housing facilities. RAs and RDs are available to assist at any time and are on duty every night from 8 p.m. to midnight, in staff offices located around campus.
