Any students attending in the fall who need to arrive early can submit the Early Arrival Request Form. This form is active each July.
Please read the form carefully, there are nightly room charges as well as a convenience fee if you desire a check-in time beyond what is scheduled. Our team will let you know if we can accommodate your request via email. Requests can be granted if rooms are ready on the requested date. Occasionally rooms are not available for early arrivals due to maintenance.
