The goal of the intramural activities program is to provide a variety of organized recreational activities that increase student involvement on campus, enhance team building skills, promote diversity, promote social interaction and to provide employment opportunities so students can develop leadership, supervising and communication skills.
The intramural activities program is open to all full-time undergraduate and graduate students, faculty and staff members. Activities are offered in four sessions---Fall I, Fall II, Winter and Spring. Each session will last six weeks with a pool play season and then a single elimination tournament to decide an intramural champion. There is no cost to participate in intramural activities.
Getting involved in the intramural activities program is easy. Emails and flyers with sign-up information will be sent to all students four times a year. Rosters are located at the front desk of the Koehler Recreation Complex. Rosters will also contain information about dates and times of captain meetings when activities start and end, and how many participants can sign up on a team.
