General Questions About Services for Students
The Vice President for Student Affairs, the Administrative Assistant for the
Student Affairs Office, the Assistant Dean of Students/Director of
Residence and Greek Life, the Director of Housing, and our office's student assistants can answer most questions
you may have about services for students.
On-Campus Housing, Residence Life, Student Life, and Greek Life
On-Campus Housing, Residence Life, Student Life, and Greek Life operations are coordinated by
staff members in the Student Affairs Office.
Formal written student concerns and complaints shall be filed with the Oiler
Success Center. The University of Findlay will maintain a log of these concerns
and complaints and their disposition. Records will be limited to complaints or
concerns made formally in writing, signed by the student and addressed
to the administrative office named above.

should attempt to resolve any academic issues or complaints with the University
first. If after following the University’s complaint procedures and the issue
cannot be resolved internally, you may file a complaint with your state by
referring to the state agencies below. This is in compliance with the Federal
Department of Education’s State Authorization Regulations.

Town and Campus Loans
The Student Affairs Office also provides Town and Campus Loans to
students. Town and Campus Loans are small emergency loans for necessities like
food or gas.
