Dr. Prusnek is an Assistant Professor of Occupational Therapy at The University of Findlay. Dr. Prusnek received her bachelor's degree in occupational therapy in 2001 from Eastern Michigan University and her doctorate of occupational therapy in 2017 from Chatham University. Throughout her career in the occupational therapy profession, she has experience across the lifespan in the clinical settings of acute care, outpatient, pediatrics, home health, inpatient mental health, schools, and skilled nursing facilities. She also holds a Sensory Integration and Praxis Test Certification and a certification in physical agent modalities.
Dr. Prusnek teaches in both the doctoral and master's programs mainly in the research and mental health courses.
