    Doctor of Pharmacy, University of Findlay

    Dr. VanAtta earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Findlay in May 2018. She then went on to a complete a post-graduate year one (PGY1) pharmacy practice residency with Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, Ohio, and received a teaching certificate from The Ohio State University. In addition to serving as an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the University of Findlay, Dr. VanAtta maintains her inpatient practice site as a per diem pharmacist at a critical illness recovery hospital, where she cares for the critically ill population. Dr. VanAtta’s research interests include scholarship of teaching and learning, residency preparation, pharmacotherapy, and inpatient pharmacy policy and procedure.
