  • ​Biography:
    Dr. Kadakia earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The Ohio State University in May 2017. Prior to starting at UF, she completed a post-graduate year 1 community-based pharmacy residency with the University of Cincinnati and the City of Cincinnati Health Department, and a two-year academic and ambulatory care fellowship at Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN. In addition to her role as an assistant professor, she practices as an ambulatory care clinical pharmacist at the Mercy Health St. Charles Hospital Medication Management Clinic. She also volunteers as a pharmacist provider at Halim Clinic in Holland, OH. Her research interests include ambulatory care clinical topics, the scholarship of teaching and learning, health disparities and social determinants of health, health literacy, and medication safety. Outside of pharmacy and academia, Dr. Kadakia enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
