    Dr. Moser is the Director of the Human Resource Development Program and the Team Leader for Advanced Programs in The College of Education.  Dr. Moser teaches graduate courses in The College of Education in Leadership, Human Resource Development, and Adult Education, as well as undergraduate courses in Ethnicity/Diversity and Self Defense.  He is a follower of Jesus and serves God by serving his students. In addition to having over 25 years of higher education experience as an administrator and faculty member,  Dr. Moser has worked as a HR Manager and Corporate Trainer and as a private trainer and consultant in the areas of Leadership Development, Organizational Behavior, Sales/Customer Service, and HR Management.  Dr. Moser is certified to administer and interpret the BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory and the Myers-Briggs Personality Type Inventory (MBTI), and is a Certified FranklinCovey Facilitator of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and a Certified Stakeholder Centered Coach.  Dr. Moser also holds the rank of 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.

  • Research Interests


    Dr. Moser’s primary research interests include emotional intelligence development, cultural competencies development, and the use and value of electronic portfolios.  Dr. Moser has conducted and published original research in the areas of emotional intelligence development and e-portfolio use by employers, has presented his research findings at international professional conferences, and has co-authored a book chapter on the psychological and social benefits of participating in the martial arts.​
