  • Dr. McLaughlin has been an occupational therapy practitioner since 2006 and occupational therapy educator since 2018.  She obtained a Doctorate of Education degree in 2022, Master of Occupational Therapy degree in 2005, and a Bachelor of Science in 2004 all from the University of Findlay.  Dr. McLaughlin has over 13 years of clinical experience with the adult and geriatric population in a variety of practice settings including outpatient, home health, acute care, skilled nursing, and long-term care.  Dr. McLaughlin specializes in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation as a Certified Hand Therapist and holds certifications in physical agent modalities as well as other orthopedic intervention techniques.  She is a licensed practitioner in the state of Ohio.
