    After graduating from the University of Toledo with her Pharm.D. degree, Dr. Ernsthausen completed a primary care residency through The Toledo Hospital and Flower Hospital at their respective family practice residency programs: WW Knight Family Practice and Family Physicians Association. During that year she was instrumental in developing and instituting a collaborative practice clinic for pharmacy residents at the Center for Health Services, an indigent clinic affiliated with The Toledo Hospital. Dr.Ernsthausen has practice experience in both community and hospital pharmacy. Her practice areas of interest include diabetes, lipid and anticoagulation management and she currently practices at the Medication Therapy Management Telehealth Center on campus at The University of Findlay. Dr.Ernsthausen previously served as the Director and Assistant Director of Experiential Education for the College of Pharmacy, overseeing introductory and advanced pharmacy practice experiences in the Pharm.D. curriculum. She currently teaches in several Pharmacology, Pathophysiology and Therapeutics disease state module courses and coordinates the Advanced Self-Care course.
