University of Findlay's online Master of Arts in Education allows you to take the next step in your career while working around your schedule as a busy professional. There is no set class time where you need to be attached to your computer. We give you the attention and support to complete the work in your own time. While you can finish your degree in as few as 18 months, the courses you take can be applied to your degree for up to 7 years.
We are committed to helping you finish your future education goals. Working with your advisor, you can create a course schedule that fits your exact needs or follow one of our pedagogical-based strands.
Emphasis Areas
Innovate curriculum and teacher training to lead your school into the 21st century.
Impact education beyond the classroom by leading and supporting teachers in your school.
Designed for both educators and professionals in other fields, this strand prepares you for positions in online instruction, workforce development, adult curriculum design and many other roles in continuing adult education.
Lead your students to success with advanced reading techniques that can be applied to special needs classrooms, assessments and research. The coursework required for this strand is the same courses required for the Reading Endorsement. This is a great option for educators looking to advance their careers, but may not be ready for a full masters workload.
