We ask all new parents or guardians of registered students to fill out a new families form so we can get to know you better and your preferences. Only families of students who have registered for classes should fill out the form linked above. If you provide your mailing address in the form we'll even send you a UF Parent window cling to proudly display on your vehicle, laptop, or water bottle.
If your Oiler is brand new fall 2024 then these events are for you! Join us Aug. 15, 2024. Registration is required for most events.
The Access Portal is a service that allows UF students to grant access to their education records through an online tool. According to FERPA, parents/guardians must receive permission for this access before they can view certain records, including end-of-semester grades and financial aid information.

Flavours by Sodexo at the University of Findlay offers a variety of different baked goods and other treats to help you put a smile on your student's face. All of our packages are prepared by our very own team of experienced bakers and chefs. Order conveniently through Sodexo online and then Dining Services will call and email your student when they have a surprise. All orders are picked up by students in Henderson Dining Hall. This is a great idea during exam time!

Student Employment on Campus Almost every office on campus employs students in a variety of capacities. Sodexo Campus Services also employs a large number of students in its dining and catering services located on campus. Students can apply for part-time, temporary or summer on-campus employment via our online job posting board, CA$H Network, located on the student intranet.
Career and Internship ServicesThe Center for Career and Professional Development helps students strengthen skills needed to gain hands-on experience, land internships or secure full-time employment. Students are connected with alumni and employers through mentoring, on-campus events, internships, full-time employment and more. Alumni of the University of Findlay also retain free services through CCPD for life.

Cosiano Health CenterThe Cosiano Health Center is a free walk-in clinic on campus for students open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Any student, regardless of insurance status, may use the Cosiano Health Center.
Office of Campus Safety and Emergency ManagementCampus safety officers are on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week all year round.
Your student is automatically enrolled in a campus alert texting system in case of emergencies. You can also have your phone number added to this alert system. Your student will need to make this request through the Office of Campus Safety and Emergency Management.

Once your student is enrolled in a University, ownership and control of their educational records are now only accessible by the student.
