Ways to Give

​​​University of Findlay Parent Fund​

Each year the Parents Executive Council votes on a project that supports all University of Findlay students. And each year, more and more parents show their support for their students and this institution by making a gift to the University of Findlay Parent Fund.


Past Parent Fund projects have included:
  • support for upgrades to the Newhard Planetarium
  • solar powered picnic tables & new bicycle racks
  • upgrades to campus recycling & refillable water bottle stations
  • trees & benches for the green space at the Center for Student Life & College of Business
  • the Knowledge Bar in Shafer Library
  • new furniture in the Alumni Memorial Union
  • Deming and Lovett Courtyard makeover

For 2023-24, the Parent Fund will be supporting a student recreational fund and outdoor campus beautification work.

 

The addition of the new athletic turf practice field provided an option to relocate the basketball courts in front of the Mazza Museum. This area has room for additional recreational opportunities for students.

 

The University is committed to creating a positive campus experience for all students. These facilities will provide additional avenues for students to enjoy some outdoor exercise, while expanding their social connections and improving their physical and mental health.​
