Degree Requirements
The Master of Science in Environmental, Safety and Health Management (ESH) requires the minimum completion of 36 semester hours of graduate coursework. All graduate courses are three semester hours except for the capstone project and research methods classes. No more than one course with a grade of “C+” or “C” can be used to meet graduation requirements.
In addition, the degree program is an International Hazardous Materials Manager (IHMM), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) Exam Approved Program.

Culminating Experience
All master of science degree in environmental, safety and health management (ESH) students must complete the two following culminating experience options:

*This course may be taken a maximum of two times if the student does not achieve a grade of "S" the first time it was taken. If a grade of "U" is received twice, the student will not be allowed to complete the program.
