The bachelor’s degree completion program in business management is offered online. It is intended for working adults who have at least 61 transferable credit hours at a C level or higher. The bachelor’s degree completion program consists of the last 63 credit hours for a minimum of 124 credit hours, required to obtain a Bachelor of Science with at least 30 credit hours taken at the University of Findlay. Students accepted into this program also must meet the University of Findlay’s competency requirements in math, writing, communication, and computer science.
Courses within the online degree completion program begin every eight weeks.
Those attending full-time, taking two courses per eight-week block, may finish the program in six semesters if they meet all competencies and prerequisites. Online courses also are offered in the summer.
Students pursuing this degree will complete core requirements, general education requirements, and one of the offered strands (i.e., Business Management, Health Administration, Environmental, Safety, and Health, or Emergency Operations).

Some competencies must be met before enrollment in certain courses in the program, while others may be fulfilled at any time before completion of the program. Assessment tests are available in each competency area; acceptable courses may be transferred in. Online MBA
The online bachelor's degree completion program provides students with a smooth transition into the University of Findlay's Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program which is also offered in eight-week courses fully online, on-campus or in a convenient hybrid of both.
